2. Use of the site

The Site is intended for adult users only. Use of the Site is permitted for personal and non-commercial purposes. It is forbidden to:

• Use the Site for illegal purposes or in violation of these Terms;
• Collect user data without authorisation;
• Reproduce, distribute or modify the Site's contents without prior written authorisation;
• Carry out automated scraping or mass access to the Site.

3. Bookings

Booking requests submitted via the WhatsApp form on the Site constitute a request for availability and not a confirmed reservation. A booking is considered confirmed only after explicit confirmation by the restaurant via WhatsApp or telephone.

The restaurant reserves the right to decline bookings in case of unavailability or for any other organisational reason, without this constituting any obligation to compensate the user.

In the event of cancellation, please notify the restaurant promptly via WhatsApp or telephone, at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Gift vouchers — Sales conditions

These articles govern the purchase of gift vouchers (gift cards) through the dedicated page on the Site.

4.1 Subject of the gift voucher

The gift voucher entitles the holder to a meal for the number of guests indicated, including the courses specified at the time of purchase, to be consumed at L'800 Locanda a Palazzo, Via Calavecchia 53, Amantea (CS).

4.2 Validity

The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from the issue date. After this period, the voucher can no longer be used and will not entitle the holder to a refund or replacement.

4.3 How to redeem

• The voucher is personal and non-transferable to parties other than the recipient indicated at the time of purchase;
• Use of the voucher requires booking at least 48 hours in advance;
• The voucher must be presented at the time of the meal in digital format (email) or printed;
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash;
• The voucher cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated;
• In case of loss or theft, the restaurant is not responsible for unauthorised use of the code.

4.4 Prices and payment

Gift voucher prices on the Site are expressed in Euros, VAT included. Payment is processed securely through PayPal. The restaurant does not store any payment data.

4.5 Purchase confirmation

Upon completion of payment, the buyer will receive the gift voucher in PDF format by email at the address provided during purchase. If it does not arrive within 30 minutes, please contact info@l800.it or call +39 0982 428262.

4.6 Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of accommodation, transport, vehicle rental, catering or leisure-related services where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. Gift vouchers for restaurant services fall under this category.

However, in case of technical anomalies in payment processing or failure to receive the voucher, the customer may request a refund within 14 days of purchase by contacting info@l800.it.

4.7 Restaurant closure

In case of permanent or temporary closure of the restaurant that prevents the use of the voucher within its validity period, the voucher holder will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the amount paid.

5. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, code) is the property of L'800 Locanda a Palazzo or the respective rights holders and is protected by Italian copyright law (Law 633/1941) and intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

6. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". L'800 Locanda a Palazzo does not warrant that the Site is free from errors, interruptions or viruses. The operator shall not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or the inability to access it.

The information on the Site (menus, prices, opening hours) is subject to change without notice. Up-to-date information is always available by contacting the restaurant directly.

7. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (TripAdvisor, TheFork, Octotable, PayPal, Google Maps, TikTok, WhatsApp). L'800 Locanda a Palazzo is not responsible for the content, privacy policies or practices of those sites, and the inclusion of such links does not imply endorsement of the linked sites.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of gift vouchers, the Court of Cosenza shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where the user qualifies as a consumer under Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005, in which case jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or elected domicile.

For consumers resident in the European Union, the European Commission's ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

9. Changes to the Terms

L'800 Locanda a Palazzo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on the Site. Continued use of the Site after publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
